Appointments
We are currently taking new patients! Our office hours Monday- Thursday are 9am-4pm with the last new patient appointment being scheduled at 2:30pm and Friday 9am- 12pm with the last new appointment at 11:00am. We understand if these times don’t fit everyone’s schedule so let us know if and when does work and we will do our best to accomidate you how we see fit.
Insurances
Our office participates with many major insurance plans. Coverage and benefits may vary depending on your individual policy. Please note that we do not participate with all insurance carriers. We encourage patients to contact our office prior to their appointment to confirm insurance acceptance and discuss any questions regarding coverage or self-pay options.
Please note that we do not accept workers compensation.
Billing Policy
Insurance benefits may be billed directly to Northern Virginia Neurology; however, insurance coverage is a contract between the patient and their insurer. Patients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance, including copays, deductibles, and non-covered services. The patient or guarantor is responsible for providing required information for insurance processing. Some laboratory services may be billed separately by the performing lab.
